Your people. Your responsibilities. A practical place to start.

Staff, volunteers and trustees bring different experiences to your organisation. A clear training plan helps you identify what each person needs to learn and make time for it.

Tell us who you support, the roles in your team and the number of learners. We can discuss the course options and purchasing route that suit your organisation.

Larger teams, multiple sites or networks?

Tell us about your structure, learner numbers and training needs. We will prepare a tailored quotation for the support you need.

What your partnership covers

The learner limit sets the scope of the organisation service; it does not include course enrolments. Planning, coordination, reviews and summary preparation count towards the annual support allowance. Any additional work or upgrade is agreed and quoted before it starts. Ordinary support for purchased courses follows the terms of those purchases.

Training summaries use the available course records or a training register agreed with your organisation. Your quotation confirms the reporting arrangements for each site.

Find the right safeguarding learning

Safeguarding responsibilities vary by role and by the people your organisation supports. Ask us about learning for teams working with children, adults or both, and confirm the course level and coverage before booking.

We can help you explore your options without having to start with a long catalogue. Share your organisation’s needs when you enquire.

For individual learners

Purchase the course you need and learn at your own pace through SafeHaus UK Learning Centre. Your course price and access period are shown before purchase. A completion certificate is issued when you meet the course requirements.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Share your learner numbers, roles and training priorities.

2. Confirm your course and quote. Review course details, prices, completion requirements and access terms before booking.

3. Access your learning. Follow the enrolment instructions supplied for your course. The franchise learning platform is at learning.safehausuk.co.uk.

Certificates and learner access

Your course access lasts for the period you purchase. Before booking, we will confirm the access period, whether your chosen course includes a certificate and what you must complete to receive it.

Keep a copy of your completion evidence for your own records. Contact us if you need help understanding the arrangements for a particular course.

Frequently asked questions

Can learners study at their own pace?

Study online at your own pace during your purchased access period. Check any course-specific deadlines when you book.

Can we arrange training for staff and volunteers together?

Contact us with the number of people, their roles and your preferred topics. We will discuss suitable options and confirm the quote before you commit.

What does organisational training cost?

You can buy courses without an annual partnership fee. Our Community Partnership is £150 per year and Team Partnership is £295 per year, with course or bundle purchases additional. Larger teams and networks receive a tailored quotation. Your quotation confirms all charges, any applicable taxes, learner numbers, access periods and renewal arrangements before purchase.

Does the annual licence include courses?

No. Eligible courses and bundles are purchased separately for named learners. The annual fee pays for the agreed planning and coordination service. Course prices, completion requirements and access periods are confirmed separately.

Can the partnership cover both SafeHaus websites?

Yes, it can cover eligible courses on our main website and Learning Centre. Your quotation lists the courses and services included. Each site’s enrolment and access arrangements are confirmed before purchase.

What happens if we don’t renew?

The organisation service runs for twelve months and ends if you do not renew. Courses already purchased retain their agreed learner-access periods. Renewing the partnership does not automatically extend course access or purchase new enrolments.

Where do I access my course?

Use the instructions provided with your enrolment. For franchise training, the learning platform is learning.safehausuk.co.uk.

Who can help with access problems?
